Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship to physical addresses within the lower 48 United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally at this time. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Most orders placed and received before 12:00 PM (CST) will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders placed and received after 12:00 PM (CST) will ship the next business day. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. All items ship from our warehouse in Missouri and are typically shipped through FedEx Ground.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If you use our 'Free Shipping' promotion, you will not be able to choose your shipping method. We will select the best option based on your order and location information.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the products purchase price, excluding original shipping charges. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. However, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will gladly pay for return shipping. Please email us at hello@bobbleartusa.com before returning any items so that we may provide proper return instructions.
